Whether you're in shape and want to stay that way or out of shape and ready to move toward a healthier lifestyle, the YMCA has a program and a place for you! The YMCA approaches health and wellness as mission work to build healthier people and stronger communities. Getting people more active is our main goal. You can choose from individual workouts on our cardiovascular equipment, Nautilus, strength training equipment. . . or take a class and have fun with a group of friends.
Have you tried a Cycling Class at the Y!
Why we our members love it: Spinning burns serious calories (about 450 in 45 minutes) and offers an awesome aerobic workout that makes your heart pump fast. It also tones your quadriceps (front thigh muscles) and outer thigh muscles like nobody's business! Although you follow the general instructions of the spinning teacher, you are in control when it comes to your pace. You can finish a spin class, regardless of your fitness level, simply by adjusting your pace or the tension knob on the bike.

- Members $30 per hour Nonmembers $45 per hour
- Members can buy six 1 hour sessions for $150
