Thank you for your registration.  Once again our show is sold out and we look
forward to another successful event.  Attached is the poster, plan and table

We are We are happy that you will be joining us for the 32nd annual show on
Saturday, November 17th, 2012.   The Holiday Bazaar will be open to the public
from
10 am to 4 pm.  Below are a few reminders and updates for this year’s bazaar.

§ Set up will Friday 6pm to 8pm (DO NOT come before 6pm, the tables will
not be set up and you will not be allowed to bring things in)
§ Set up will continue on Saturday from 7 am to 9:50 am.
§ There will be free coffee for all vendors on Saturday morning from 7 am to
9:30 am.
§ There will be some help for crafters that need help with set up.  If you
anticipate that you may need help, come early.
§ Please move your vehicle as soon as possible to the school; we will have
someone drive you back.  Vehicles need to be moved by 9:30 am.
§ Flyers will be emailed, please feel free to copy, ad your own picture and
post them.
§ There will be access to WiFi.
§ No locations are guaranteed - we will make every effort to get you your
preferred location or close to it.  However, the YMCA will adjust the layout
that will most positively affect the overall bazaar.  The layout will be
complete by the end of October

Please also remember that the following two items detract from the overall
bazaar and will be enforce.

§ The show ends at 4pm - do not break down early.
§ All items must be handcrafted.  Any commercially produced items will be
asked to be removed.
This is an exclusively hand-crafted show.

Finally, I would like to thank you for participating in this year’s bazaar.  The money
that the YMCA makes on this show will go to support the “Reach Out for Youth”
Campaign that supports scholarships for children and families.  If you have any
questions, please feel free to call or email me at cwilson@clcymca.org

Sincerely,
Craig Wilson
